NetOne Cellular (Private) Limited seeks to recruit outstanding and results oriented individuals to fill the above-mentioned post in our organisation
The incumbent shall be responsible to the Head Human Resources. To coordinate training needs identification, design and delivery of training programs and evaluation of training and development issues of the organization.
DUTIES
Coordinates NetOne’s training strategy
Coordinates training needs identification, development and implementation of training programs for the organization
Draws an overall or individualized training and development plan that addresses needs and expectations
Advises and liaises with managers as well as supervisors on how they can contribute to the training and development of their subordinates considering immediate and long-term staff requirements
Monitors and evaluates training programmes effectiveness, performance success and return on investment periodically and provides recommendations for improvement
Develops the annual training calendar for the organization
Contributes in the development of professional job competencies, multi-skilling and career development of staff in all the Departments consistently through skills analysis reviews to ensure availability of adequately skilled workforce
Works with third party consultants and professionals on how to improve in-house employee learning and development strategies and keeps a record of each training programme
Evaluates instructor performance and effectiveness
Assists in implementing, maintaining and reviewing a performance management framework which facilitates goal setting, informs performance development, planning and providing sound basis for performance appraisals for all staff,
REQUIREMENTS
Degree in Human Resources, Psychology or equivalent
A Training Management Certification will be an added advantage
At least three years’ experience in a Senior Learning and Development function
Knowledge and experience in the Telecommunications industry is an added advantage
Data Analytics and critical thinking.
