One of our business unit; Airmass Meats is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales and Marketing Representative to serve as the Lead Sales and Marketing Rep. In this role, you will be responsible for leading our sales and marketing initiatives to drive business growth and achieve revenue targets. The ideal candidate will be reporting to the Airmass Director.

Responsibilities

· Develop and implement strategic sales and marketing plans to expand market share.
· Identify new business opportunities, build client relationships, and negotiate sales contracts.
· Conduct market research, analyse trends, and adjust marketing strategies to meet customer needs.
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and launch effective marketing campaigns.
· Monitor sales performance, analyse data, and make data-driven decisions.
· Stay updated on market dynamics, competitors, and industry developments.
· Manage a team, providing guidance and support to achieve departmental goals.

Qualifications

· A minimum of diploma in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
· Proven experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the food industry.
· Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
· Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
· Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make strategic recommendations.
· Demonstrated ability to meet sales targets and drive business growth.
· Preferably a male candidate.
