Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Junior Procurement Officer. The Junior Procurement Officer will be responsible for assisting in the procurement process, including sourcing suppliers, negotiating prices, and managing inventory. They will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of goods and services and maintain accurate records of procurement activities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Supply Chain Management
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and procurement software
- Knowledge of procurement regulations and processes
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- At least one year of experience in similar role
