Background
Zimbabwe Technical Assistance, Training & Education Center for Health (Zim-TTECH) is a Private Voluntary Organisation registered in terms of Subsection (5) of Section 9 of the Private Voluntary Organisation ACT [Chapter 17:05] and Registration Number PVO 125/23.
Tenders are invited from reputable, reliable, and well-established firms, for the delivery of items as listed below to Zim-TTECH.

Assignment Description
Zim-TTECH is seeking the services of a Contractor who can provide catering services for its 135 staff members through the provision of balanced, healthy, and appetizing meals (breakfast and lunch) in a timely, and hygienic manner within the Zim-TTECH premises.
2.0. Scope of Work
Zim-TTECH has a fully furnished kitchen where the staff meals are prepared and served onsite.
Zim-TTECH will provide the desired menu which can be modified in liaison with the contractor.
Zim-TTECH will provide food ingredients, kitchen apparatus, cutlery and crockery and serving areas.
The expected operating hours for the kitchen are: 08:00-15:00 hours whereby teas/coffees and bread with spreads are served from 10:00 – 10:30hrs (weekdays), and lunch consisting of protein, starch, and vegetables is served at 13:00 -14:00hrs (Monday-Thursday)
The caterer shall provide its own personnel who will provide the catering services and maintain the hygiene of the kitchen and the serving area.
