The following Vacancy has arisen within the City of Bulawayo:
Main Responsibilities/ Job Summary
Procures Information and Communication Technology assets and stock.
Modifies and maintains complex infrastructure systems.
Designs and develops integrated subsystems.
Develops and implements procedures and policies that relate to networking and infrastructure usage.
Develops and manages internal procedures, tools and documents to provide high level of effective use of the hardware, software and network infrastructure.
Manages off site infrastructure service to enhance data security.
Performs problem analysis to resolve infrastructure or network issues.
Develops and implements data recovery plans and backup systems.
Qualifications Requirements
A Degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
A clean class 4 Drivers’ Licence.
EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS
At least 5 years’ experience in a similar work environment.
