About Us
Action for Youth Foundation Trust is a registered not-for-profit, non-governmental organization dedicated to creating a safe and conducive violent-free environment for Youths living with HIV, Orphans and Vulnerable Children, and Youths in Key & Vulnerable Populations in Zimbabwe.

Job Summary
We are seeking an IT Associate to support our organization’s technology infrastructure and systems on a voluntary basis.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain and troubleshoot computer systems, networks, and peripherals
  • Provide technical support to staff and stakeholders
  • Ensure data security, backup, and recovery
  • Manage and update software applications and systems
  • Develop and implement IT policies and procedures
  • Perform other IT-related duties assigned by the supervisor

Qualifications and Experience

  • Diploma or Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
  • At least 2 years of experience in IT support or related role
  • Proficiency in computer hardware, software, and networking
  • Knowledge of IT security best practices
  • Recent graduates preferred
  • CPD in Computer Packaging or Graphics & Designing is an added advantage
