The position requires the incumbent to be responsible to perform administrative duties in the IR and Welfare, HR Department as well as coordinate and supervising activities at the Guest houses, and report to the superiors. To perform any other duties as assigned by the superiors.
Industrial Relations clerical work viz works council minuting and hearing minuting.
Supervising guest houses activities viz bookings.
Doing reports for guest houses.
Keeping of welfare and IR documents manually and electronically
Attending welfare issues viz campaigns and surveys.
Co-ordinate with SHE department on employee, dependants and tenants awareness programs around the Estate.
Assist with HR tasks.
Preparation of Welfare time logs.
Degree in Industrial Relations or Human Resources Management,
Computer literacy in MS Office,
High degree of confidentiality,
Good Communication and strong coordination skills.
Honest and trustworthy,
