self-driven individuals to join our team as Loan Sales Agents.
As an agent, you’ll play a vital role in helping individuals and businesses access the financial support they
need through our loan products. This is a high-reward, commission-only opportunity ideal for those with
strong interpersonal skills, a wide network, and a drive to succeed.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop sales plans to meet production targets.
• Identify and engage potential clients in need of personal, business, or asset-backed loans.
• Explain loan products, eligibility requirements, and repayment terms to clients.
• Assist clients in completing loan applications and gathering required documentation.
• Pre-screen clients and submit applications to our lending team.
• Follow up on leads, application statuses, and disbursements.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients and provide post-loan support.
• Promote our loan products online and offline to increase your client base.

Who We’re Looking For:
• Proven experience in sales, marketing, microfinance, or customer service (preferred).
• 5 ‘O’ levels
• A professional or academic qualification in marketing is an added advantage (degree or diploma).
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and people skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
• Access to a smartphone and internet.
• Strong local network and market knowledge.
