Job Description
Delivery of high-quality Human Resource Management and Services in all areas of the organisation.
Bridging management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues. Supervising the recruitment and selection processes.
Support current and future business needs through the engagement, motivation, development and retention staff.
Develop and monitor overall HR systems, and procedures.
Nurture a positive working environment.
Update or formulate HR policies and procedures to make sure they are at the forefront of HR best practice and compliant with employment legislation.
Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.
Assess training needs, implement, and monitor training programs.
Providing day to day guidance to support staff relating to their duties and responsibilities.
CANDIDATE SPECIFICATION
Experience 3-5 years in a similar position with at least a medium and reputable organisation Qualifications
Degree or Diploma in Human Resources Management/ Industrial Psychology/Business studies Skills Required A good understanding of talent mapping and employee engagement.
An experienced project manager who can deliver multiple initiatives.
Have a proven track record of advising and supporting senior stakeholders in an operational environment on confidential and challenging issues.
Demonstrate a proactive and forward-thinking attitude with the ability to spot future challenges and take appropriate action.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and the confidence to influence decisions.
Ability to have robust conversations and build relations quickly with team managers.
Ability to propose and enforce disciplinary actions fairly across the board.
Strong planning and organizational skills.
Ability to deliver strong results to demanding deadlines.
