Human Resources Officer x1 (Volunteer): Knowledge Brook Children’s Network (KBCN)
Background
Knowledge Brook Children’s Network is a visionary christian organization dedicated to nurturing children, teenagers and young adults in Zimbabwe.
The organization is looking for a qualified Person to lead the Human Resources Department during the scaling up of the organization’s programs on a voluntary or part time basis. The Human Resources Officer should be someone who is currently living in Harare Province.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Contracts Management and retainment of Volunteers.
- Safeguarding employees from any sexual exploitation and harassment.
- Employee Appraisal and counseling
- Fundraising and resource mobilization.
- Stakeholder Engagement.
- Any other duties assigned by the supervisor.
Qualifications & Experience
- At least a Degree in Human Resources Management or Industrial Psychology from a reputable university.
- At least attachment experience in the NGO sector.
- Having knowledge on Microsoft Packages.
- Proactive and self starter.
