The Organization is seeking to engage a Human Resources Officer who will work in the organization safeguarding other employees and volunteers.
Duties and Responsibilities
– The role of the Human Resources Officer will be responsible on making Contracts, HR policies in line with the Rules and Regulations of Zimbabwe.
– He or she will be friendly to other volunteers within the organization and able to handle information confidentially.
– Developing new strategies and knowledge ideas.
– Able to work voluntarily and under minimum supervision.
– Engaging with stakeholders from various corners of implementation.
Qualifications and Experience
– At least a Degree in Human Resources Management, Industrial Psychology or any other Social Sciences.
– At least 6 months experience in a similar role.
– Recent graduates are encouraged to apply
