and task-oriented individuals to fill the position of HUMAN RESOURCES OFFICER
Responsibilities
• Preparing job descriptions, advertising vacant positions and managing the employment process
• Ensuring meticulous implementation of payroll and benefits administration
• Ensuring accurate and proper record keeping of employee information in electronic and digital format
• Providing counselling on policies and procedures
• Orienting new employees and training existing employees
• Ensuring that all employees are organized and satisfied in their work environment
• Monitoring employee performance and communicating with staff about issues affecting their performance
• Dealing with grievances and implementing disciplinary procedures
• Analysing training needs in conjunction with departmental managers
Requirements – Skills, Abilities, and Knowledge
• Degree in Human Resources Management or any relevant qualification
• Certification in Payroll Management may be an added advantage
• At least 3 years’ experience
• Excellent verbal and written reporting skills
