Our client in the FMCG sector seeks to recruit a Human Resources Business Partner who will be reporting to the Group Human Resources Manager and will be based in Harare.


Participating in the development of the business strategic plan and deriving HR deliverables that support the plan’s success.
Supporting Managers (HODs) and the HR team in all organisational effectiveness & analytic
Supporting the delivery of, and the compliance with, HR policies, processes and local labour legislation.
Guiding and supporting managers in learning needs identification and skill gap analysis.
Undertaking demographic profiling to understand talent risks.
Supporting the execution of structural change, entries (onboarding) and exits.
Using analytical data to understand individual talent’s performance and potential.
Providing support to all talent on performance and reward policies and practices.
Analyse trends and metrics within the HR department.
Resolve complex employee relations issues and address grievances.
Suggest new HR strategies.


At least 5 years’ experience as an HR Generalist in an FMCG environment.
Experience as an HRBP is an advantage.
A degree in Human Resources Management or equivalent.
CIPD is an added advantage.
Excellent Leadership, management, Analytical & Problem-Solving Skills.
