Job Summary:
The Human Resources and Administration Assistant provides administrative support to the HR department and farm management, ensuring efficient HR operations, administration, and procurement on a dairy farm in Chivhu. This role requires a detail-oriented and organized individual who can provide administrative support to the HR department and farm management, manage procurement, ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations, and provide guidance on labor laws on a dairy farm.

Key Responsibilities:
HR Administration
1. Assist with HR tasks, including recruitment, employee onboarding, and record-keeping.
2. Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records.
3. Support employee relations, including employee communications and conflict resolution.

Payroll Administration
1. Assist with payroll processing and management using Bellina Payroll Systems.
2. Ensure accurate and timely payroll processing.
3. Troubleshoot payroll issues and resolve discrepancies.

Procurement
1. Assist with procurement of goods and services, including farm supplies, equipment, and services.
2. Source and evaluate suppliers, negotiate prices, and ensure compliance with farm policies.
3. Maintain accurate records of procurement transactions.

Administrative Tasks
1. Perform administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and office management.
2. Maintain organized and efficient administrative systems.
3. Provide support to farm staff, including answering queries and providing information.

Compliance
1. Ensure compliance with Agriculture NEC regulations, labor laws, and other relevant laws and regulations.
2. Stay up-to-date with changes in regulations and laws affecting the farm.

Labour Law
1. Ensure compliance with labor laws, including employment contracts, working hours, and employee rights.
2. Provide guidance on labor laws and regulations to farm management and staff.

Requirements:
1. Experience in HR administration, procurement, or related field.
2. Knowledge of HR principles and practices.
3. Familiarity with Bellina Payroll Systems.
4. Knowledge of Agriculture NEC regulations, labor laws, and other relevant laws and regulations.
5. Strong organizational and communication skills.
6. Ability to work independently and make decisions.
7. Familiarity with HR software and systems.
