Key Responsibilities

  • Collect and analyse data on HR metrics, providing insights on key HR KPIs.
  • Develop dynamic HR dashboards and reports to support data-driven decision-making.
  • Utilise predictive analytics to forecast hiring needs and identify workforce trends.
  • Generate HR EXCO, Board and hoc reports.

Qualifications and Experience

  • A degree in social sciences, statistics, data analytics, or related.
  • Certifications in data analytics.
  • Exceptional proficiency in MS Office applications and literacy in reporting tools and statistical packages like SPSS, PowerBI.
  • Two years of similar experience.
