Key Responsibilities
- Collect and analyse data on HR metrics, providing insights on key HR KPIs.
- Develop dynamic HR dashboards and reports to support data-driven decision-making.
- Utilise predictive analytics to forecast hiring needs and identify workforce trends.
- Generate HR EXCO, Board and hoc reports.
Qualifications and Experience
- A degree in social sciences, statistics, data analytics, or related.
- Certifications in data analytics.
- Exceptional proficiency in MS Office applications and literacy in reporting tools and statistical packages like SPSS, PowerBI.
- Two years of similar experience.
