Key Responsibilities

Collect and analyse data on HR metrics, providing insights on key HR KPIs.
Develop dynamic HR dashboards and reports to support data-driven decision-making.
Utilise predictive analytics to forecast hiring needs and identify workforce trends.
Generate HR EXCO, Board and hoc reports.

Qualifications and Experience

A degree in social sciences, statistics, data analytics, or related.
Certifications in data analytics.
Exceptional proficiency in MS Office applications and literacy in reporting tools and statistical packages like SPSS, PowerBI.
Two years of similar experience.
