Human Resource and Administration Officer (1 Post): Rural Electrification Agency – Masvingo Province

Applications are invited from suitably qualified persons to fill the following vacancies within the Rural Electrification Fund. Applicants should submit an application letter accompanied by a detailed Curriculum Vitae and certified copies of academic and professional certificates.

DUTIES

  • Administers recruitment and selection of candidates.
  • Co-ordinates performance management system at the province.
  • Co-ordinates and attends disciplinary hearing processes for non-managerial staff.
  • Monitors Provincial health and safety processes.
  • Co-ordinates staff training and development programmes.
  • Monitors the general administration of vehicles at Provincial level.
  • Monitors staff leave and compiles quarterly leave reconciliation schedules.
  • Maintains Provincial Master Asset Register.
  • Administers the remuneration of employees in the province.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Social Science degree
  • Diploma in Human Resource Management or equivalent
  • 3 years relevant experience.
  • Corporate membership of a professional institution.
  • Class 4 Driver’s Licence
  • A good knowledge of Microsoft packages.
  • SAP experience is an added advantage.
