Applications are invited from suitably qualified, experienced, self-motivated and task-oriented individuals to fill the following position that has arisen within the Central Administration Department.
Reports to the Human Capital and Administration Assistant.

DUTIES
Preparation and distribution of agendas, memos, minutes and notices
Assisting in Human Capital related matters
Filing of documents
Assisting in the Council’s payroll process
Updating leave registers
Performing any other duties as assigned from time to time

REQUIREMENTS
University Degree in Human Resources Management, Local Governance Studies or equivalent
Working experience in a Local Authority or Local Government Environment is an added advantage
Clean Class 4 driver’s license is an added advantage
Sound computer literacy.
Ability to communicate effectively
Must be able to work with minimum supervision
