The following vacancy has arisen within the company and applications are invited from suitably qualified and experienced persons to fill the vacancy.
Job Specification:
Reporting to the Operations and Administration Managers, the successful candidate will be responsible for the following:
DUTIES
Typical duties include:
Capturing and processing all engagements, terminations, and updates on current employees in Belina and the NSSA Portal.
Capturing accurately all payroll input relating to employee monthly payments, additions, deductions and other variables.
Checking compliance and adherence of the payroll input with the HR Policy and Labour Act.
Preparing and submitting all monthly statutory, and third-party payments and returns in line with deadlines.
Processing staff-related benefits including loans, leave days, pension and termination benefits.
Conducting all monthly and annual payroll system processes including rollovers and backups.
Conducting regular checks to ensure the integrity of the payroll database, updating data as necessary including legislative changes, and ensuring that the payroll database is working properly.
Preparing scheduled and adhoc payroll reports as required by the business.
Looking after the health, safety and welfare of all employees
Organising staff training and Team Building
Monitoring staff performance and attendance
Person Specification
Minimum Diploma in Business Administration / Human Resources or equivalent.
IPMZ Diploma, NSSA Portal Handling and Belina are an added advantage
At least 1-year experience in a similar role.
Must be able to handle large payroll volumes.
Must have the ability to handle multiple levels of authority and staff.
