HR -Intern
This is an internship role as a Human Resources (HR) Intern at Lanwood trading.
As an HR Intern, you will be responsible for assisting with HR management, developing HR policies, managing employee benefits, and personnel management.
This is an on-site role located in Harare.
Qualifications
• Able to do filling and handle employee personal files.
• Able to maintain high level of confidential information.
• Ability to assist in developing HR policies
• Familiarity with employee benefits and compensation.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team.
• Studying towards a degree in Human Resources or related field.
