Role Overview:
In this role, you will act as a strategic partner to our clients, providing expert HR consultancy services while also playing a key role in business development. Your responsibilities will encompass both delivering high-impact HR solutions and expanding our client base through strategic initiatives. This position is ideal for someone with a strong HR background who is also skilled in identifying and capitalizing on business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide strategic HR consultation to clients across various industries.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities, contributing to revenue growth.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
- Analyze market trends and client needs to develop tailored HR solutions.
- Collaborate with our team to enhance service delivery and client engagement.
- Drive business development activities, including networking, proposals, and presentations.
- Offer thought leadership on HR practices and emerging trends.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an HR Consultant or HR Business Partner, with a track record of contributing to business growth.
- Strong understanding of HR consulting practices and market dynamics.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to build relationships with key stakeholders and clients.
- Strategic thinker with a knack for identifying business opportunities.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; Master’s degree or relevant certification.
