We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic HR Attachee to join our Human Resources team. This internship will provide you with hands-on experience in various HR functions, including recruitment, employee engagement, and performance management. You will work closely with our HR professionals and gain valuable insights into the HR field.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
- Support the onboarding process for new employees, ensuring a smooth transition into the company.
- Participate in employee engagement initiatives and help organize team-building activities.
- Maintain employee records and assist with HR documentation.
- Conduct research on HR best practices and contribute to ongoing HR projects.
- Assist with payroll and benefits administration as needed.
Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
