DUTIES
Develop lesson plans in the said subjects and ensure that all lessons align with curriculum objectives.
Provide additional support and interventions for struggling learners and extra resources for those who are ahead of the class.
Drawing up classroom rules and safety regulations and ensuring that all learners understand them.
Preparing learners for tests, exams, presentations, experiments, and other assessments.
Grading assessments and providing feedback and reports to learners and parents.
Attending staff and parent meetings to provide helpful recommendations or voice concerns.
Supervising learners in class, during events, and on field trips.
Monitoring learners’ overall well-being and liaising with the school authorities where there are concerns or issues.
Attending ongoing learning initiatives like workshops, conferences, and other events where you are able to expand education networks.
Resolve class conflicts and respond well to criticism
Use learner-centered approaches and take note of learners’ differences.
