Healthguard Commercial Manager
Healthguard International wishes to invite applications from suitably qualified and experienced individuals to fill the position of Commercial Manager.
Job Summary
To create and execute commercial strategies that meet company goals and accelerate growth across the region so as to achieve sustained and profitable business growth in product range, revenue, membership numbers, and across different territories.
Key Responsibilities:
Achieves budgeted increases in revenue from new and existing clients.
Tracks the profitability of Healthguard’s insurance products.
Identifies business opportunities in new geographical markets.
Creates and executes commercial strategies to penetrate new markets.
Develops and delivers compelling proposals and pitches to potential customers.
Establishes a distribution network in each territory: identifying, onboarding and servicing agents.
Manages and drives improved effectiveness in negotiating and managing contracts and winning fenders
Qualifications
Degree in Business Management or equivalent.
Certification in Project Management, Certification in Change Management or Certification in
Sales Management.
4-6 years’ experience in a corporate business to business service environment, preferably in financial services or employee benefits.
3-5 years’ experience in managing and supporting agents or brokers of financial services
3-5 years’ experience in communicating with, and delivering compelling proposals and pitches to senior executives across different sectors.
3-5 years’ experience in working for international health insurance providers, as an advisory agent, administrator or representative
