About Us:
Action for Youth Foundation Trust is a registered not-for-profit, non-governmental organization dedicated to creating a safe and supportive environment for Youths Living with HIV, Orphans & Vulnerable Children and Youths in Key Population Communities in Zimbabwe.
Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and skilled Head of Strategic Information & Evaluation to provide technical leadership and oversight to our monitoring, evaluation, and research activities on a volunteer basis.
Key Responsibilities:
– Provide technical guidance and support on monitoring, evaluation, and research
– Develop and implement monitoring, evaluation, and research strategies and plans
– Oversee data collection, analysis, and interpretation
– Develop and disseminate reports, briefs, and other strategic information products
– Collaborate with stakeholders, including partners, donors, and government agencies
– Ensure compliance with organizational policies, procedures, and standards
Qualifications and Experience:
– Master’s degree in Epidemiology, Statistics, Public Health, or a related field
– At least 3 years of experience in monitoring, evaluation, and research
– Experience working with NGOs or non-profit organizations is an added advantage
– Strong knowledge of monitoring, evaluation, and research principles and practices
– Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills
