Job Title: Graphic Designer, Marketing and Social Media Specialist
Job Summary:
We are a Christian organization seeking a highly motivated and talented recent graduate to join our team as a Graphic Designer, Marketing and Social Media Specialist. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and laying out our magazine, creating graphics for our Facebook and website, developing marketing adverts for press, and managing our social media marketing efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Magazine Design and Layout: Design and lay out our magazine, ensuring that it is visually appealing and meets our brand standards.
2. Graphics Creation: Create graphics for our Facebook and website, including social media posts, banners, and other visual elements.
3. Marketing Adverts: Develop marketing adverts for press, including designing and writing copy for print adverts.
4. Social Media Marketing: Manage our social media presence, including creating and scheduling posts, responding to comments and messages, and analyzing engagement metrics.
5. Brand Management: Ensure that our brand is consistently represented across all marketing channels, including our magazine, website, and social media.
Requirements:
1. Education: Recent graduate with a degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, or a related field.
2. Christian Faith: A committed Christian who shares our organization’s values and mission.
3. Design Skills: Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, including InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
4. Marketing Knowledge: Basic understanding of marketing principles, including branding, targeting, and positioning.
5. Social Media Expertise: Experience with social media platforms, including Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram.
