Rust Media is a registered private company that specialises in comprehensive content creation solutions, offering photography services, strategic communication, graphic design, visual branding, social media management, and videography. We are looking for a talented Graphic Design Intern to join our team and contribute to our clients’ visual branding and communication efforts.
Role Overview:
As a Graphic Design Intern, you will work closely with our team to create visually compelling designs and communication materials for a variety of digital media projects. This role provides an opportunity to apply your design and communication skills and gain hands-on experience in a professional setting, working with experienced designers and communication professionals.
Responsibilities:
Create eye-catching graphics for use across social media platforms, websites, and digital campaigns.
Collaborate with the team to design communication materials such as banners, infographics, and other visual content.
Assist in maintaining and developing brand guidelines for our clients.
Identifying and maintaining network with development partners.
Actively champion and promote innovative and creative approaches to the delivery of projects/designs.
Participate in brainstorming sessions to generate creative ideas for visual content. Work on multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and delivering high-quality
work.
Provide design support for various projects and initiatives as needed
Qualifications:
Currently pursuing a degree in graphic design, visual communication, or a related field (or recent graduate).
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Affinity Pack and Canva etc.
Strong portfolio showcasing your design work.
Attention to detail and strong sense of aesthetics.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Creativity and passion for design.
