The University seeks to recruit applicants with requisite qualifications, skills and experience for the following posts in the Vice Chancellor’s office.
GRADUATE TRAINEES
Applicants must possess a Degree in Computer Science, Electronics, Information Technology, or an equivalent, with foundational knowledge of databases and any languages such as PHP, C#, JavaScript, and Python. The 18-month programme will provide candidates with hands-on experience as they work with experienced Developers in the design, development and maintenance of software systems. Candidates must have good communication skills.
Duties and Responsibilities
Duties and responsibilities include:
• Assisting in the analysis and documentation of user requirements
• Creating logical and physical data models as per user requirements
• Participating in the software development life cycle activities, including planning, designing, coding, testing, and deployment
• Troubleshooting and debug software issues
• Learning and applying development best practices and coding standards
• Providing user training and support
