Graduate Trainee-Risk Management An exciting opportunity has arisen for a young, ambitious, highly motivated and qualified graduate to join TIMB. The successful candidate will undergo an intensive graduate trainee program for a period of 24 months. The graduate trainee will be based at TIMB Head Office.
REPORTS TO: RISK OFFICER THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE WILL BE TRAINED IN THE FOLLOWING
To assist in risk management implementation whilst gaining hands-on experience Risk Identification and Assessment Risk Mitigation and Control Regulatory Compliance and Reporting Operational Risk Management Business Continuity Management
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
- Degree in Risk Management or Equivalent
- Minimum of 2.1-degree class
- At least one year work related learning experience in risk management
OTHER REQUIREMENTS/COMPETENCIES
- 25 years and below
- Self-driven and results oriented
- Ability to work under minimum supervision
- Analytical, problem-solving and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail
