Role Overview
The program provides a comprehensive learning experience, combining theoretical knowledge with practical skills. As a Graduate Trainee, you will have the opportunity to work on challenging projects and collaborate with experienced professionals in the chosen field. This will ensure a constant stream of management and succession plans.

Requirements
A bachelor’s degree (minimum 2.1) in a relevant field for the below positions:
Compliance
Data Analytics
Operations
Legal
Corporate Banking
Human Resources
Retail Banking Audit
Finance
Digital Banking
Treasury
A professional qualification will be an added advantage
Location: Harare
