Willbey Solutions is seeking highly motivated individuals to join our team as Graduate Trainees. You will undergo an intensive training program designed to equip you with the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in the microfinance industry. You will have the opportunity to work closely with experienced professionals and gain hands-on experience in various departments such as credit analysis, loan processing, customer service, and operations.
Responsibilities:
• Assist in conducting financial analysis and risk assessments of potential borrowers.
• Support the loan processing team in evaluating loan applications and ensuring compliance with lending policies and procedures.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner.
• Collaborate with different departments to streamline operations and improve efficiency.
• Stay updated with industry trends and regulations to ensure compliance and make informed decisions.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, business administration, or a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well in a team and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Prior experience or internship in the financial sector is a plus.
