GT Marketing for a Harare-based company in the ICT industry.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
2. Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns (email, social media, SEO, PPC, etc.).
3. Track and analyze campaign performance, making adjustments as needed to optimize results.
4. Create compelling content for various platforms (blogs, websites, social media, and email).
5. Manage content calendars and ensure timely delivery of marketing assets.
6. Ensure consistency in brand messaging across all marketing channels.
7. Monitor and report on key marketing metrics (e.g., ROI, engagement rates, conversion rates).
8. Work closely with sales teams to align marketing efforts with lead generation and sales goals.
9. Coordinate with external agencies, designers, and other vendors for specialized marketing activities.
10. Develop and implement strategies to improve customer retention and increase brand loyalty.
11. Manage customer feedback and leverage it to improve marketing efforts.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
• 1 -2 years working experience.
• Proficiency in digital marketing tools (Google Analytics, Adobe Photoshop, Canva)
