Role Description

This is a Graduate Trainee role in Human Resources and Administration located in Harare. The role involves assisting in day-to-day Human Resources and administrative tasks, recruitment processes, employee relations, rewards management, training and development, performance management and office management. The position offers hands-on training and mentorship in Human Resources and administrative functions.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Relevant degree in Human Resources, Industrial Relations, Business Management and Administration, or related field
  • Knowledge of Zimbabwean Labour laws, Human Resources principles, practices and administration
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Ability to work in a team and collaborate effectively
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications
  • Detail-oriented and able to handle multiple tasks
  • Previous internship or work experience in Human Resources and Administration is a must
