Graduate Trainee-Business Development
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a young, ambitious, highly motivated and qualified graduate to join TIMB. The successful candidate will undergo an intensive graduate trainee program for a period of 24 months. The graduate trainee will be based at TIMB Head Office.
REPORTS TO: AGRIBUSINESS SPECIALIST
THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE WILL BE TRAINED IN THE FOLLOWING
- Management of contracts.
- Business strategy.
- Monitoring and Evaluation.
- Market research and development.
- Program & project management.
- Value Chain analysis.
- Farm Business Management.
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
- Degree in Business/Agricultural Economics/Economics/Financial Engineering.
- Minimum of 2.1-degree class.
- At least one-year relevant experience.
OTHER REQUIREMENTS/COMPETENCES
- Aged 28 years and below as at the full year 2025.
- Self-driven and results oriented.
- Ability to work under minimum supervision.
- Analytical, problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail.
