GRADUATE DEVELOPMENT PROGRAME (GDP) – COLLEGE STUDENTS
Applications are invited from suitably qualified persons to enroll in our two years Graduate
Development Program (GDP). The program offers an exciting opportunity for proactive,
passionate, and innovative undergraduates to become future leaders of Green Feathers Farm Private Limited.
The candidate must have completed any of the following Diploma listed below from a reputable college.
- Diploma in Animal Science or Equivalent
- Diploma in General Agriculture or Equivalent
- Diploma in Horticulture or Equivalent
Job Skills and Competences
- Willingness to relocate, stay and live on the farm, and adapt to the farm life is a
prerequisite. - Excellent logical and critical thinking problem-solving skills.
- Possession of strong interpersonal skills.
Requirements
- Must be a recent graduate from a reputable collage with a diploma in the required field.
- At least 5 Ordinary levels passes including English and Maths.
- Clean class 4 driver’s licence.
