A construction company based in Harare is urgently looking for a Glass Cutter who is
ready to start work immediately.
JOB TITLE: Glass Cutter
Job Description:
- Perform precise cutting and shaping of glass according to project specifications.
- Meet monthly individual production targets.
- Collaborate with clients to determine design goals and expectations.
- Assist in managing marketing initiatives related to glass products, including windows, doors, and partitions.
- Ensure that materials (glass) are optimized efficiently and timely.
- Promote and market glass products to contractors and carpenters across the country.
- Maintain the showroom to reflect modern glass design trends.
- Interpret client needs and expectations accurately.
- Digitally drive the sales of company glass products.
- Produce daily, weekly, or monthly reports for the glass department.
- Conduct competitor analysis to inform senior management.
- Responsible for overseeing trainees in the department.
- Perform any other duties as assigned by your superiors.
Skills Required:

- Ability to thrive in a high-pressure and fast-paced environment.
Qualifications & Experience:
- A relevant qualification in glass cutting or a related field.
- A minimum of five years of experience in the glass or construction industry.
- A clean class 4 driver’s license.
