Our client in the distribution industry is looking for a General Manager to join them soon.

Key Responsibilities 
• Set policies and processes
• Oversee day-to-day operations
• Design strategy and set goals for business growth
• Maintain budgets and optimize expenses
• Ensure employees work productively and develop professionally
• Oversee recruitment and training of new employees
• Evaluate and improve operations and financial performance

• Direct the employee assessment process
• Prepare regular reports for upper management
• Ensure staff follow health and safety regulations

Minimum Requirements
• A degree in Retail/Business Management/ relevant qualification
• At least 8 years’ experience in a similar position
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to perform and prioritize multiple tasks.
• Strong analytical ability
• Excellent communication skills
