Our client within the renewable energies industry is looking to recruit a vibrant, result-oriented, and qualified General Manager to join their team. The ideal candidate must possess the necessary skill set to execute the key responsibilities that follow and must meet the criteria listed with the minimum requirements below.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, such as project developers, investors, contractors, and vendors, to establish effective partnerships and ensure smooth project execution.
  • Build a good sales team to develop a network of potential clients.
  • Monitor project progress, identify, and mitigate risks, and implement corrective actions to address any deviations from the plan.
  • Conduct regular project meetings, provide progress reports to senior management, and communicate effectively with all stakeholders to ensure alignment and transparency.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the EPC division, encouraging the adoption of new technologies, best practices, and process enhancements.
  • Build, develop and strengthen new business relationships to market residential, commercial, and complex renewable energy projects.
  • Discuss, negotiate, and finalize deals.

Minimum Requirements :

  • Proven ability to perform in a lead capacity, excellent written and oral communications skills, and a familiarity of industry practices.
  • Minimum of 7 years’ experience within the renewable energies industry.
  • Must hold a bachelor’s degree in electrical, Mechanical, Civil, or equivalent industry.
  • Build a good sales team to develop a network of potential clients.
  • Able to easily develop strong relationships with all key stakeholders and decision-makers including government.
