Role Description
This is a full-time General Manager role for Deicov Holdings located in Harare. As the General Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing daily business operations, developing and implementing growth strategies, managing budgets and resources, and ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations. You will also be responsible for building and maintaining effective relationships with clients, stakeholders, and team members, and for driving the company’s culture of excellence and professionalism.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Management, Finance, or related field
Proven track record of success in a General Manager or similar leadership role for at least 3years
Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
Demonstrated ability to plan and implement effective business strategies
Strong financial acumen and experience managing budgets and resources
Experience in project management, risk management, and operations management
Experience in Sales and Marketing
Ability to build and maintain effective relationships with clients, stakeholders, and team members
A background in accounting, marketing or engineering is a plus
Masters degree is a requirement
