VACANCY FOR A GENERAL MANAGER
A leading retail organization in Mutare is seeking for a suitable candidate to fill in the position of a general manager who is going to oversee the entire business operations and ensure that everything runs smoothly. If you are a highly-motivated individual with strong leadership skills, then we have a job opportunity that suits you.
Responsibilities will include but not limited to:
• Overseeing daily operations of the business.
• Developing and implementing strategies that maximize profits and productivity.
• Maintaining relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
• Creating and managing budgets.
• Conducting performance reviews and providing constructive feedback
• Ensuring that company policies are followed by all employees.
• Keeping up-to-date with industry trends and competitors.
Requirements
• A bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field
• 6-10 years proven experience working as a general manager in retail business or in a similar senior management role
• Knowledge of budgeting, financial management, Stock management and business operations
• Strong leadership and managerial skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office and other business software
• Age 40 to 50
• Preferably Mutare based
