We are looking for dynamic and results-driven General Insurance Sales Agents to join our team in Gweru, Masvingo and Bulawayo. If you have a passion for sales, customer engagement, and financial services, this is your chance to be part of a high-performance team dedicated to Empowering Prosperity.

The Job:
Drive sales and consistently achieve monthly targets.
Convert at least 80% of new business, ensuring premium collection.
Provide top-notch customer service, ensuring client satisfaction.
Build lasting client relationships through continuous engagement. Identify opportunities to cross-sell and upsell insurance products.
Actively generate leads from walk-ins, online platforms, referrals, and data mining.
Analyse data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement, providing actionable. insights to management.

The Person:
Must be a holder of a Diploma or Degree in Sales, Insurance & Risk Management, or a related field. Must be a holder of a Certificate of Proficiency.
At least two years of experience in banking, insurance, or financial services marketing.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
Ability to work independently and proactively Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills.
