Responsibilities and Requirements
- An employee who is engaged in any duties / Labourer of general cleaning or labouring duties.
- Making the general Resort environment appealing and comfortable to guests.
- Be able to thoroughly clean conference rooms, lobby, hallways, the stairs clean and cleaning of couches, balustrades, furniture and windows.
- Be able to wash and dry linens like towels and table cloths in addition to their cleaning duties.
- Do all general work at the Resort, washing glasses and assisting the barman/ Kitchen chefs.
- Clean all bathrooms thoroughly and replace all used amenities in all bathrooms and keep them clean through the day.
- Cleaning of pavements, grounds and similar places and empty out all trash cans and clean accordingly.
- Provide clean dishtowels and swabs for all departments and terry for dirty ones
- Adjust furniture, desk items, and appliances when necessary
- Dust furnishings and walls and remove marks from them.
- Carry out floor care duties in all areas and scrub and clean.
- Clean all kitchen equipment and surfaces thoroughly.
- Adhere to all safety, security, and company procedures and policies
- Provide immediate report of any safety hazards, injuries, maintenance problem, or accidents to the manager.
- Apply professional language in communicating with guests and other people.
- Without assistance, carry, place, move, or lift heavy objects and with assistance for items beyond 15kg
- Report to maintenance any needed repairs to furniture and fixtures. Report all deficiencies in the operation of heating and cooling systems, and televisions, and replaces light bulbs as needed.
