Vacancy Notice: Fundraiser
Mustard Seed Communities is seeking for an individual who is passionate about making a difference to join its vibrant team as a Fundraiser. The ideal candidate should be a motivated professional, organized and have a knack for research. We’re looking for someone who believes in the mission of Mustard Seed Communities and has exceptional drive for furthering our fundraising efforts.

Requirements
1. Degree/Diploma in Communication| Administration/Public Relations| and Journalism and Media| or related.
2. Proficiency of MS Office Packages, Canva and/or other design related packages.
3. 2 years Experience in fundraising or public relations
4. Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills
5. Strong attention to detail
6. Ability to successfully balance priorities while managing multiple tasks and planning big events
7. Experience in writing grant proposals, press releases, and fundraising letters
8. Legal or accounting experience are an added advantage

Key Responsibilities
1. Promote awareness of the organization’s mission and work
2. Spot new fundraising opportunities, Plan fundraising initiatives to help the organization meet financial goals
3. Develop and manage funding proposals, activities and public relations materials
4. Plan for and manage income generating projects
5. Manage photography and multiple social media platforms
6. Form strong relationships with external stakeholders and cultivate a network of dedicated donors and benefactors
