FOOD AND BEVERAGES SUPERVISOR: UZ VN HOTEL AND LEISURE PVT LTD (1 POST)

Duties and Responsibilities

The successful candidate must be able to:
 Ensure efficient organisation of the work of all Restaurant and Bar outlets
ensuring information is correctly transmitted to all Supervisors and management
 Oversee and coordinate operations in the restaurant, Bar and Kitchen
 Deliver superior service and maximize customer satisfaction
 Optimise earnings (number of covers and average spend per Cover) or the
restaurant & Functions outlets
 Take part with the Senior Cook & Barman and Assistant Inn Manager in preparing
Menus
 Check and analyse operational reports complied in connection with turnover,
average price per cover, ratios, business forecasts, staff schedules
 Respond efficiently and accurately to customer complaints
 Appraise staff performance and give feedback to improve productivity
 Ensure compliance with sanitization, health safety regulations
 Control operational costs and identify measures to reduce waste in all areas of
responsibility
 Conduct training on excellent customer service experiences practices

Qualifications and Experience

 Degree/Diploma in Tourism and Hospitality Management/ Culinary Arts/Food
and Beverage Supervision
 A’ Level passes will be an added advantage.
 At least 5“O” levels including English Language
 At least 1 1/2 years’ experience as a Restaurant /Dining Hall/Bar /Kitchen
/Functions Supervisor at reputable establishments in the Hospitality
Industry/institution
