FOOD AND BEVERAGE SUPERVISOR
Key roles and responsibilities:
1. Staff Management
- Supervision: Oversee the food and beverage staff, including servers, bartenders, and kitchen staff.
- Training: Train new employees on service standards, menu knowledge, and health regulations.
- Scheduling: Create work schedules to ensure adequate staffing during peak times.
2. Customer Service
- Guest Interaction: Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service.
- Conflict Resolution: Address customer complaints and resolve issues promptly.
3. Operational Oversight

- Daily Operations: Manage daily operations of food and beverage outlets, ensuring smooth service.
- Inventory Management: Monitor and manage inventory levels, including ordering and stocking supplies.
4. Quality Control
– *Food Safety:* Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
– *Quality Assurance:* Monitor food and beverage quality and presentation.
5. Financial Responsibilities
- Budget Management: Assist in budget planning and control expenses.
- Sales Monitoring: Analyze sales reports to identify trends and areas for improvement.
6. Menu Development
- Collaboration: Work with chefs and management to develop and update menus.
- Promotions: Plan and implement promotional events to increase sales.
7. Reporting
- Documentation: Maintain records of staff performance, inventory, and financial transactions.
- Feedback: Provide feedback to management on service improvements and staff performance.
8. Compliance
- Regulations: Ensure all operations comply with local, state, and regulations.
- Training: Stay updated on food safety and service practices.
REQUIREMENTS
- Previous experience in food and beverage management.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Class 4 driver’s license
