  • Data collection for investment opportunities
  • Analysing current and past financial data and performance
  • Preparing reports and projections based on this analysis
  • Evaluating current capital expenditures and depreciation
  • Establishing and evaluating profit plans
  • Identifying trends in financial performance and providing recommendations for improvement
  • Coordinating with other members of the finance team to review financial information and forecasts
  • Providing financial models and forecasting
  • Create and update financial reports focused on revenue and general operational metrics
  • Assist in the standardization of finance processes and procedures
  • Tracking project income and expenses, reporting on variances
  • Ad hoc reporting and project work to improve systems and processes
  • Supports the development of proposals/ business cases in liaison with relevant project leads and departments for Executive review and approval.
  • Supporting the Delta Zim actual reporting and budgeting processes and projects financial requests.
  • Supporting the monitoring of cash flow, accounts, and other financial transactions.
  • Ensure that record keeping meets the requirements of auditors.
  • Employee will report directly to the company Accountant and Finance Manager. Employee will have the responsibilities and duties of the Financial Analyst as well as other duties as assigned by supervisors.


  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting or equivalent in related field.
  • Professional qualification or working towards a professional qualification such as ICAZ, CFA or equivalent is preferable
  • Two or more years of financial analysis experience
  • Strong technical skills in Excel (Vlookups, Pivot Tables)
  • Agile and thorough in execution.
  • Adaptable and able to meet deadlines on deliverables, multi skilled & able to interact with diverse people
  • Strong analytical skills & problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • Self-motivated, driven personality
