The Job:

Prospecting and generating new leads: Identifying and approaching potential customers to sell insurance products and services.
Conducting needs analysis: Assessing the needs of prospective customers to recommend appropriate insurance solutions. Presenting insurance products and services: Clearly explaining insurance policies, coverage options, and benefits to prospective
customers. Closing sales: Negotiating and finalizing insurance contracts with customers, ensuring customer satisfaction, and meeting sales targets. Maintaining customer relationships: Building and nurturing relationships with existing customers to ensure retention, cross-selling, and
upselling opportunities. Conducting regular client reviews: Scheduling and conducting periodic reviews with clients to assess their changing needs, update
policies, and recommend additional coverage, if necessary. Networking and referral generation: Establishing and maintaining a professional network to generate referrals and identify new
business opportunities.
Collaborating with internal teams: Working closely with underwriting, claims, and other departments to resolve customer issues, facilitate smooth transactions, and enhance the overall customer experience.

The Person:

Candidates should have at least 1 ‘A’ Level Pass Proven work experience
Good record of achieving sales targets.
Mature and good communication skills (both orally and written).
Good record of achieving sales targets.
Should be able to demonstrate self-confidence, maturity and ability to work independently and deliver results without close supervision Aggressive, effective communicator, sociable, versatile, resourceful and hardworking
Possession of Diploma in Insurance, C.O.P and experience in a related field-banking/insurance marketing will be an added advantage.
