VACANCY FINANCE MANAGER
Our client, a multinational company in the food manufacturing industry, is looking for a Finance Manager to join their team. This role will require a combination of excellent leadership and financial acumen, while also working collaboratively with other teams to ensure the organisation’s financial health and stability.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Overall management of the finance team.
- Develop and implement financial policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulators and company standards.
- Overseeing of the internal and external audit processes.
- Overseeing the budgeting and forecasting processes to ensure accurate financial planning.
- Presenting and reporting accurate and timely financial information of the company to the board and all stakeholders.
- This includes working on monthly, quarterly and annual financial reporting organisational revenue/expense reporting.
- Monitoring and analysing financial performance and providing recommendations for improvement.
- Responsible for the organisation’s overall financial health, retaining constant awareness of the organisation’s financial position and anticipating financial risks.
- Monitoring banking activities of the organisation and ensurings adequate cash flow in place to meet organisational needs.
- Collaborating with senior management to develop long-term financial strategies. Preparing the Board Pack and attending Board meetings as required.
Qualifications, Skills & Attributes:
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or related field.
- ACCA, CA, or equivalent certification (or working towards one).
- 5 Years Proven experience as a Finance Manager or a similar role.
- Experience in the manufacturing/food processing industry is a plus.
- In-depth knowledge of financial regulations and reporting.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritising deadlines.
