VACANCY FINANCE MANAGER

Our client, a multinational company in the food manufacturing industry, is looking for a Finance Manager to join their team. This role will require a combination of excellent leadership and financial acumen, while also working collaboratively with other teams to ensure the organisation’s financial health and stability.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Overall management of the finance team.
  • Develop and implement financial policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulators and company standards.
  • Overseeing of the internal and external audit processes.
  • Overseeing the budgeting and forecasting processes to ensure accurate financial planning.
  • Presenting and reporting accurate and timely financial information of the company to the board and all stakeholders.
  • This includes working on monthly, quarterly and annual financial reporting organisational revenue/expense reporting.
  • Monitoring and analysing financial performance and providing recommendations for improvement.
  • Responsible for the organisation’s overall financial health, retaining constant awareness of the organisation’s financial position and anticipating financial risks.
  • Monitoring banking activities of the organisation and ensurings adequate cash flow in place to meet organisational needs.
  • Collaborating with senior management to develop long-term financial strategies. Preparing the Board Pack and attending Board meetings as required.

Qualifications, Skills & Attributes:

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or related field.
  • ACCA, CA, or equivalent certification (or working towards one).
  • 5 Years Proven experience as a Finance Manager or a similar role.
  • Experience in the manufacturing/food processing industry is a plus.
  • In-depth knowledge of financial regulations and reporting.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Excellent communication and leadership abilities, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritising deadlines.
