Duties and Responsibilities:
The training will specifically focus on all aspects of the Finance department. The training programme will run for 24 months.
• The trainee is expected to be ready to be deployed into a substantive position should one be available at the end of the 24 months and should be able to demonstrate in-depth knowledge of the different areas covered during the training period.
The Person:
• A degree in Accounting, Finance, or any related qualification,
• Progress towards attainment of a professional qualification, Certificate in Theory of Accounting (CTA), will be an added advantage.
• Have at least 1 year working experience.
• Self-drive and motivation.
• Highest level of Integrity.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,
• Team player capability and high level of confidence.
• High computer literacy skills.
• Proactive mind set with willingness to learn and adapt.
