A Finance Graduate Trainee post has arisen at the Authority’s Mwenezi Mapfura Value Addition Plant. Competent and qualified candidates are encouraged to apply.
DUTIES
- Helping in preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements
- Assist in reconciling bank statements, general ledger accounts, and other financial records
- Maintaining and updating financial records and database
- Assist in internal and external audit preparations, providing necessary documentation and support.
- Petty Cash management
- Process invoices and receipts, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Perform regular bank and credit card reconciliations.
- Track and categorize expenses and income in financial records.
- Maintain and update financial databases and spreadsheets.
- Provide administrative support to the accounting team as needed.
- Collaborate with other departments to address financial inquiries and issues.
- Good time management and organizational abilities.
REQUIREMENTS
- A Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance and Banking.
- At least one-year experience.
- Ability to think critically and propose effective solutions
