Finance Graduate Trainee
We are seeking a dynamic individual to join our Finance department based in Harare as a finance graduate trainee.
A day in the life of a finance graduate trainee will include:
- Following up on outstanding payments from debtors to ensure timely collection.
- Communicate with clients via phone, email, or written correspondence to resolve overdue accounts
- Prepare weekly and monthly reports on accounts receivable status, overdue accounts, and collection efforts.
- Identify discrepancies and resolve them in collaboration with the finance team.
- Maintain an accurate and up-to-date debtors ledger.
- Record and allocate payments received from customers promptly.
- Ensure compliance with company policies regarding credit terms and limits.
Educational Qualifications and Experience
- Degree in Accounting or Professional Accounting Qualification
- At least 1 year working in the same capacity dealing with debtors and collections
- Good interpersonal skills
